I'm visiting here for the first time and just love your tea room. It looks very peaceful. I'm always drinking tea, I often have cake with mine, but I like the look of your truffles. I must try them.
I'm currently reading The Lollipop Shoes by Joanne Harris of Chocolat fame As well as being a good read it's set in a chocolaterie and they're often making truffles. I don't have to hunt out a recipe now!
BTW, re:your request for my apple-oatmeal muffin recipe a week or so ago...I haven't forgotten. I just happen to be a dump and stir kinda girl, so I don't really have one. And I also didn't actually get around to making them. ;) Best laid plans.
